{contact.email_greeting}, We are on the move! Come mid-September, after almost 40 years, the Lung Association office is re-locating to our new home at 2308 Arlington Avenue. As anyone that has re-located a home or office knows, the process is no easy task. However, we've taken the opportunity to not only re-visit our history, but also call on our past Lung Association family members to help guide us in our preservation and utilization of many important pieces (see photo above). In 2019 in an effort to secure financial stability and reduce our real estate footprint, the Board and staff made the decision to sell the building that we purchased in 1987. Our new home effectively reduces our footprint by 47%, thereby significantly reducing our annual expenses. This not only enables us to remain nimble in these uncertain times, but also ensures that the most money possible is directed towards our mission activities in the areas of research, education, health promotion, and advocacy.
