The Lung Association's June 2-4 Residential Campaign a Resounding Success!

Saskatoon, July 14--The Lung Association wishes to thank its many volunteer canvassers and generous donors for another successful Asthma and Allergies Door-to-Door Campaign!  Provincially the campaign raised almost $179,000, all of which stays right here in Saskatchewan.

The Lung Association's annual residential canvass provides funds for valuable asthma education and research and we support the ACT Wilf Churchman Discovery Asthma Camp for Kids.  Visit our website at www.sk.lung.ca for a complete description of Lung Association activities or call 1-888-566-LUNG (5864) to speak with our helpful staff.

The Lung Association of Saskatchewan is a member of the Canadian Lung Association, which has been working for lung health for over 102 years.  We are a non-profit, non-governmental organization that relies on donations from the public to fund our activities.  You will find the Lung Association, the premier source for respiratory health initiatives in the province, active in your community conducting programs on asthma, COPD and sleep apnea, providing training for health professionals, delivering health education in schools and facilitating patient support groups and lobbying for clean air.
