This Guide was developed at the request and with the help of a group of patients who had experienced, or were experiencing, the life threatening illness of themselves or a loved one. The idea was to create a resource created “by patients for patients” that could help future people and their families walk through the end of their life with as much dignity and as little frustration as possible.
