Saskatchewan continues to have the highest provincial rate of smoking among residents ages 15 and over, according to statistics released by the Canadian Tobacco Use Monitoring Survey
"This trend is very disturbing," said Paul Van Loon, vice-president of Health Education for the Saskatchewan division of the Lung Association. "This province urgently needs to take more action to reduce tobacco use."
