Secondhand Smoke Worsens Lung Function in Cystic Fibrosis

BALTIMORE -- Lung function declined for cystic fibrosis patients exposed to secondhand smoke, with the effect being worse for those with specific mutations in the cystic fibrosis gene, researchers here found.
