From lawsuits to wilful disobedience and the search for loopholes, opponents of the provincial ban on public smoking continue to allow their moral vision to be clouded on one of the most important health issues of our time.
“…it shouldn't take the threat of sanctions to persuade anyone the smoking ban is the right thing to do -- too many people have died already from the effects of tobacco.”
