Smoking in cars carrying children will be illegal in Tasmania as early as July.

[Tasmania, Australia] State Cabinet has agreed to ban lighting up in vehicles whenever under-18s are present.
The State Government will also legislate to prevent the introduction of fruit-flavoured cigarettes targeted at children.
