Restrictions help smokers quit: report

Smoking bans are working, a new Statistics Canada report suggests, with fewer Canadians lighting up as cigarettes are outlawed in more homes and workplaces.
Over the last 10 years, smokers whose homes and workplaces went smoke-free were more likely to quit - in some cases, more than twice as likely - as those with no restrictions.
